Geopolitical and economic analysis
Sanctions, trade, and international markets
Oil, energy, mining, financial markets, and commodities
Quantitative analysis and forecasting, including people who can build, maintain, refine, and use forecasting and risk models

Internships

We also run a summer internship program, with applications generally opening in March for internships running from May/June through August. We need people to have at least finshed their first year of university.

How We Work

We’re not a traditional company-and we don’t particularly want to be one.

Our clients and our work are international. Developments that matter to a client don’t necessarily happen between 9:00 and 5:00, so we’ve built Minotaur around flexibility, responsiveness, and results.

We’re 100% virtual. We don’t have a central office per se, and we don’t care where you do your best work. Work from home, a coffee shop, or a noodle house in Japan. If you have your laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and can get the job done, you’re good to go.

We don’t believe in the traditional 9-to-5. We believe in results. Do great work. Meet your deadlines. Be available for the occasional short meeting. Respond when something genuinely needs your attention. And, most importantly, deliver for the client.

How you organize the rest of your day is largely up to you. We have families, appointments, obligations, emergencies, and lives outside of work. We expect the same to be true of the people who work with us.

Flexibility isn’t a perk here. It’s part of how we operate.
