International Law, Trade, and Transactions Senior Attorney


6+ years of experience for its International Law, Trade, and Transactions business unit in Washington, D.C.  This associate will be responsible for writing administrative and appeal briefs and motions in antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings; preparing questionnaire responses in AD/CVD cases; participating in client onsite verifications; and the preparation of submissions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The successful candidate will have knowledge of AD/CVD regulations, statutes, and proceedings, and experience in written legal argument at the Court of International Trade, Department of Commerce, or International Trade Commission.  Experience as a law clerk with the CIT is strongly preferred. All candidates must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination.
