N. Anthony (Tony) Alexiou brings over 20 years of security, analysis and geopolitical experience to each project he undertakes, with a background as both contractor and government employee.  He has served as Director of Homeland Security for the Triage Group, Deputy Director for the Montgomery County (MD) Office of Homeland Security, past chairman of the Washington, DC Homeland Security and Emergency Managers group and a consultant with the Miami Urban Area Security Initiative.  He has been published in peer-reviewed journals and has served as an expert on a number of homeland security-related panels.

Anthony's experience ranges from high-level political and economic analysis, plan design, senior leader and executive training.  He has worked with many large private sector and government clients advising them on strategic planning, risk and hazard mitigation analyses, as well as providing safety and security training for a vast array of people; from front-line workers to executives and other senior leadership.

Anthony completed his undergraduate education in Political and Military Science at the University of Western Ontario and graduate work in Political Science and Public Policy at the University of North Texas.  He is married with two children and resides in suburban Washington, DC.
